I'm running STi pinks and didn't need an alignment. I had my alignment checked out here by a place called 'Just Tires' and the printout exactly matched the printout I'd received when I had my alignment done a few months prior.

The only negative effect of the STi pinks has been increased tire wear through increased jack assery and higher corner exit speeds
