Josey and I were sorta thinking about buying one, but their floorplans are weird and the "mixed use" prospect concerned my family/close friends in real estate so we decided against it.

The demolition sucked. No wrecking ball. Just two large pile drivers and a claw truck. Watching the claw attack the building was like watching a retard bang it's arm on the table. It kept wacking but nothing was happening. Poop.I was a good kill of the last hour. Only thirty minutes until the end of the day. Yeeee!!~
