Yea I haven't liked them much in the past. I'm surprised when I ordered my fuel pump it went smoothly lol. Other than that...I didn't like speaking to their reps with exception to maybe 2 of them that no longer work there. Hell I called recently to ask about a part and the kid (seriously sounded like a 16 y/o) didn't have an ounce of confidence when trying to answer my question and even doubted what he had told me only to ask a co-worker what to do, or did a quick wiki search lol
