So on my way into work this morning I end up behind a dark purple/maroon Honda Accord. No biggie. Then I start looking at it and notice that behind the tinted glass on the rear parcel shelf are some very non-civilian LED clusters like the ones cops use. I couldn't tell what color they were though (could be amber/amber or blue/amber). The bumper has the black oval law enforcement sticker with the tire and wings (I think that's CHP or police motorcycle related). The vanity plates were a ham radio call sign that tracks back to a citrus heights address. Anybody else seen this guy and know what he is?

stayed up all last night throwing up, finally feel semi better... but back to bed I go, I got new tires on the camaro yesterday they messed up on the tires for the STI... Suppose to come in today, hopefully i'll have some gold hotness on my car later today

 

I haven't seen that car, but I have seen a black GMC Envoy all tinted up pulled over with CHP type interior flashers a blazin', think it might be an accident coordinator or something as I was driving by a flipped vehicle, dunno...MORNING EVERYONE!

 

i've seen a couple tinted black american made (ford/GM) SUV's w/ people pulled over between folsom & watt on us50.
they all had red/blue flashers behind the grill and in the rear window and no moarkings what-so-ever anywhere else.
civilian plates too.
and its been more than a few times i've seen them w/ ppl pulled over on the side.
i've nver seen any uniforms so they must be plain clothes or pulling over for assistance, but none of the cars i've ever seen have had a flat or hood popped, making me thing they were being ticketed.

I drive on I-5 everyday and I haven't seen a single chp camaro for awhile now? What happened?

 

i dunno...i drive on 80E and W in my town there's a CHP station and i NEVER see that camaro move from it's parking spot (i can see it thru the fence when eating at the taco bell next to it)

yea one night at a meet we were all driving to mel's to have dinner and a black explorer flew up on someone and flashed it's lights then took off, we didnt know wtf to think!

 

I've seen plenty of domestic cars rigged like this. Just the first time I saw an Accord like this.
