I think the best pre-02 Impreza is EddyRS (I think this is the right guy). His car is 100% spotless and it's got a WRX swap that he did the labor for. His car is beautiful.
No doubt the best bugeye is lowball.
I don't know about 04-05 WRX model. No one here really has a super clean car with a ton of truly functional mods. Ed has a lot of power but so does Larry. And Larrys car is red. And he's got Ledas. So ok, Larry is my favorite '04-'05 WRX.
STI - My vote goes to Egan. Egan has the best wheels hands down and his car is super clean. He also has some extremely functional mods that he uses to stomp around Thunderhill.
