Family Guy is essentially that kid in the back of the class room. Not the class clown, the guy who wants to BE the class clown but never really says anything funny. He shouts at 100 things that no one laughs at but the 101st one is actually funny. He gets excited that someone actually laugh so he spouts out 1029312390123 more jokes until he gets another laugh

 

i think that show is hit and miss...some are hella funny but some are just dumb

 

I always find it entertaining though, not always LOL funnAy, but I usually chuckle at least a few times during any episode.

 

I can't make it long enough in an episode to get a chuckle

Most cell phone cameras with small lenses will do that if there's any motion. You'll see 5 spoke wheels on cars that look lopsided (like, 4 spokes on one half of the wheel and one ont he other half) too.
