we try to grill at least once or twice a week if it's not pouring outside. this time a year it becomes more of almost every night type thing.

i'm thinking of getting this and retiring my 15 year old weber propane grill:

electric ignition, gas start, charcoal bbq. the ease of propane and none of the taste of lighter fluid. either that or a new weber genesis or something. i was tempted to buy a cheap-o charmglow or something the other day but had to check myself.

My parents can has this. My mom loves it cause she likes the charcoal taste in the food, and this makes it 10x easier to start than having to use lighter fluid and manual get the coals going.

P.S. DST FTL...I like more light in the morning cause it's easier to wake up on time, now I'm gonna be 5 hours late for work every morning...

my wife prefers food cooked on charcoal, i'm down either way as long as it doesn't taste like lighter fluid.

i figure this would be a good compromise. we need something new, the old one is getting some nasty hot spots.

Yep, was chatting with the guy for a while. Seems cool; he's an ex-Champ Car wrench/chassis setup guy and he's doing corner-weighting and chassis fab in a shop downtown.

Mike, FYI, the next one got moved to Saturday due to Easter, will see you there?
