Ya, he looked great, but against Tank who wouldn't?

Exactly, he was fighting an old out of shape drunk. Abbot was good when there weren't a lot of skilled guys in MMA. The difference in talent-level from his peak to now is amazing.

Kimbo would get destroyed against a real fighter. Hell, I'd take Lesnar over him, and you saw what happened to Lesnar against Mir.

Kimbo is just promoting himself, the more people he uses as stepping stones, the more money his krew will get and the promoters will get when he gets a title fight.

Kimbo will get his dough, right now he's just takin' some slices toward the top. There are talks about Lesnar vs Kimbo (which is cool cause both had 2-3 fights so far) Fedor maybe after a few more fights will rake in more cash.

The fights have ended early, so there isn't much to tell about Kimbo's skills, however interpreting it in a different perspective, there hasn't been anyone he's fought that has lasted over 2 minutes.

Maybe someone skilled will last longer, maybe Kimbo's sludge hammers as fists is enough. Half of the MMA fights I've seen I don't really see technique, I just see someone with one or two good blows and it's pretty much over.

I agree. i don't really follow fighting too much, but have they ever given kimbo the drug tests (steroids, illegal narcotics, etc)? He seems like he has an aweful lot of energy for someone his size.

But I dunno, maybe he's just a freak of nature that has been undiscovered until now. I must say, I go crazy when I see him start droppin bombs on people, the guy just has so much raw power.

As far as no skill in MMA, I think the fact that someone steps into a ring with someone else and can land that one shot that dazes them takes skill...

oh, btw, 11k.

Crap. Puppy fixing is as bad as car fixing. $1117, and he's got a follow-up in 6 weeks to remove the rod.

When he wasn't in jail, he used to be a street/backyard fighter. I think he's clean now, just an ungodly large man.

yeah, I've seen lots of the vids, but I mean, it's truly mesmorizing how much power and energy he has...to the point it leads people to think he's on drugs. Like I said, I'd be interested in see a test on him, and if he's clean and is just a ****en beast, then more power to him!
