anyway- the dad just got released from jail on bail...and his sentence is down to under 2 years......check out this reaction by the white kids dad. I understand that your son is dead and you want this man in jail- but you come up to the microphone with mohawks, bald heads and in general looking like dirtbags and psychos, and then say things like this....god damn

The White family (the black guy, the guy who shot the kid) were very classy people, he was very respectful to the Cicciaro family, did all the apologizing crap- yada yada yada. The Cicciaro family (family of the kid who got shot) had mohawks, wife beaters, rambled on and on about their "cool *** mustangs that the kid liked to soup up and race" and in general were just complete dirt bags....

John White was all "I can't forgive myself for shooting that boy, it's the worst thing that's ever happened to me and it is undoubtably worse for the Cicciaro family." Meanwhile the Cicciaro family refuses to even acknowledge that their son was drunk, on the mans property with a large group of other drunk white kids, and was shouting horrible racial slurs.

If the Cicciaro faimly didn't act like a bunch of retards no doubt this man would have gotten a more serious sentence- but they were just such complete dirtbags, and John White was such a respectful wholesome member of society that they absolutely destroyed their case. People started to feel worse for John White than they did about the Cicciaro family, even though the cicciaro kid was the dead one.
