We stripped it out for the tools who haven't figured out that Monterey/Salinas is Bay Area, not Sacramento - Reno, and insist on threadcrapping constantly.

Exactly, I don't mind posters from the Bay Area or out of the area posting here (in fact, I usually like it when more BAIC people post here). Its not about 'people from out of the area' in general. Its about a few specific people that just post a bunch of crap for no reason.
