There's two guys that were on NorCal Imports that had modded turbo volvos. They were pretty quick.
RC51driver- I ran across one of those a few years ago, I heard the exhaust note, and the guy had a cobra badge on the fender. He roasted the tires through third gear, it was hilarious.
