You are right, it had to be a Subaru owner, not everybody knows that 04-05 covers are so easy to steal.
Btw, they were stolen from Citrus Heights/Antelope area (I-80 and Antelope Rd)
If I see them, I'll know they are mine, even repainted.

I'm not sure what I'm gonna do: get the same plain covers, maybe covers with some fog lights or... lately was thinking about getting WRC bumper (if I can find NOT fiberglass one)....haven't decided yet

damn that sucks...they are waay to easy to take off
one side of my bumper is messed up so my foglight cover pops out if i hit the bottom of the bumper....
ive been thinkin of a way to tie them down from behind so that you couldnt even access the zipties/whatver if you popped the front open

GOT MY COVERS BACK
Caught the "cover thief", 19 years old punk *** ***** all the way up in Lincoln.
he has 2 other sets, most likely stolen from other STIs (WRB and PSM)
my "trap" worked.....details tomorrow

Yes, If your covers got stolen recently from ur PSM or WRB STI, let me know, I'll provide the address and phone number of that low life.
