Steering pump

My steering pump is on its last leg, so I've been looking around. I know the stealership wants like $600 for a brand new one.

Anyone know a place that sells rebuilt ones? From what I have read they go for around $200, which is a little more affordable for me.

Anyone ever bought one off of eBay?

Have you tried flushing your steering pump? I know Tofuman was having issues with his steering pump and did a full flush on it and it was happy after that.

most likely some sort of gasket is leaking (internal or external). most places will use a rebuild kit.

you can get a used one off nasioc for ~$60-70. make sure you get a new banjo bolt and washer.

Fluid was changed. Your pump sounded and felt like it was half dead last time I drove the car though, so I don't think that helped.
