I can prolly come up with something... I've already done the Reno Arch thingy for a different T-Shirt (attached).
I like the idea of a landmark from both Sac and Reno, but I'm worried that something like that might be too "busy" for a T-Shirt or Sweater.... hell, the last SECCS sweater is busy as hell with all the cars, the logo, the mountains, the Subaru stars, etc. I think a nice clean and simple SRIC design would be better... but it'll take some thinking and probably a few revisions.
Gimme a few hours to draw something basic up.
