Speaking of this as a "business venture" raises a point...

Because SECCS is handling the printing, we will need to collect money above and beyond the exact cost of the items themselves. The added cost will go to cover PayPal fees, distribution, and as a buffer in case we can't sell all the items ordered.

Because SECCS is a registered not-for-profit organization, we cannot use this money for anything other than club business (i.e. it's not like anyone will personally profit). We will do our best to keep prices as close as possible to the actual cost from the printers.

If anyone has an issue with this, please let me know, and we can talk about setting up an SRIC specific account with the printers. However, this would unfortunately require complete pre-payment as well as delay the printing, and would also mean there will be no "extras" for sale to all the people that get in on this later. Also, unless we can set SRIC up as a not-for-profit, there is an issue of tax on the items. I'd much rather just use our SECCS account.

I know you guys use those funds for the club anyway, so the money will come back to all of us in the end . You guys did all the real work, so lets use your guys' account. SRIC and SECCS are all one big group anyway.

Cool...

But how about unlocking that thread so I can answer questions and stuff if they're raised?
