This is a huge large gold nuget called the Fricot Nuget discovered in Aug 1856 and it weighs 13.8lbs

our first hike of the trip was to the top of Sentinal Dome. It was about 2.2 miles round trip

Next day we started our hike along the creek bed heading to the falls
