Ya we are having issues with our employees who go out of office for extended periods of time, so they won't be able to log into our system and have the patch be able to push onto their laptop.
So I guess there really is a y2k7 bug

The idea is that in the summer we can move an hour of sunlight that would have been 'wasted' while we are sleeping to the evening thus using one less hour of extra lighting. In the winter the sunrise is already optimized. If we were to have a fixed time year round then it would be best to just stick to the summer time offset. That's was the original plan with CA was. The problem is that the Feds give you two choices. Stick with standard (winter) times year round or change when they say to change. Indiana just decided to use DST. Canada is adjusting their policies to maintain a match with the U.S. of A.
