I didnt even think about if its "ok" to drink coffee while pregnant. Interwebz is telling me its ok to have up to 3 cups (200mg) a day with no ill effects. Today I learned.

 

not even 9am and a guy in my office just cracked open 2 sodas and poured them into 1 large cup

 

When I'm working it's a bit of a drag, but hard to argue with 3 and 4 day weekends and still manage to get in 84 hours per paycheck.

 

I used to be that way. I'm pretty glad I quit my soda habit though. I feel way better now days because of it.

she needs to learn the taste of the sweet nectar asap, she will be living off this stuff in the future lol. I did stop drinking coffee for couple mths but just started to drink it again couple weeks ago. I stick to just a cup in the morning, half of the time i get so busy at work that i never finish it, but she will kick me to remind me that she wants her cup of coffee lol

 

Im down to 1 or 2 a week. Other than that, its minimum 64-80oz of water a day.
