But the location is more saying that 6k people have died and nothing has been done to the people who caused 3,000 innocent people to die and because of it another 3,000 people have died

That's a bunch of ish if I ever heard it. And the "deaths in iraq" number is exactly that. Those who died in Iraq. That doesn't count those who are sent to Germany, Walter Reed and Bethesda and die there. Furthermore it doesn't count SOCOM casualities and non-Geneva troops. Thanks to advanced armour and good combat medicine/medics most troops survive contact but will live with injuries forever. Things that would have certainly killed a soldier in Vietnam are regularly survivable now.
Anyway, happy Monday.

And as for combat effectiveness... its off the charts. I have seen numbers like 400,000-500,000 enemy dead for our 3000.. thats ****ing incredible.

ya I think the latest "survey" said there is anywhere from 300,000 to 685,000 Iraqies dead, which is a huge range but they said it was 'probably' closer to the 685k marker....
I just wish we had something to show for all the US. deaths/injuries that has happened in the passed 4 years but we don't... the only "good" that came out of it is Sadam isn't in power anymore, but from the looks of it i'm not so sure that's truely even a good thing

Yup, that's why I haven't replied. Refer to my Iraq thread in the politics forum. One the bright side, I have absolutely nothing to do today. Fax a few forms and that's about it.
