200+ for each fenders.
400+ for hood.
-------------------------- after taxes and delivery...
$1,000 or so for parts.

Labor or self work to put it on.

Paint does not need to blend because its all seprate parts to replace and bolt on.

Paint... 500-700??

2.5-3k with shop labor.
2k for own labor, but with shop paint.

 

after my n00b auto body inspection, fenders still looked fine, but idk till my quote. and btw, hood wont open at all either

The hood will be $600+ easy if you buy it through Subaru, which you should, since that's the best way to repair your vehicle.

I'm sure you've already contacted the other driver by now. Get her insurance contact info and her policy number and get in touch with your insurance company immediately. Don't fall for it if the other driver happens to try to get you to give her some repair estimates and allow her to pay you without her insurance company's knowledge. Save the note she left, too, until her insurance makes good.
