it's pretty quick as is(11 second if i can ever go to the ****ing track again!!Stupid rain!!)

The reason I am buying a motor is 2 reasons, One My car has horrible blow by(just all coming out the crank case breather) and my car is unable to make it around t-hill because of that(I will literally run out of oil)

The second reason I am building the motor is because I want to go with a bigger displacement, and better flowing heads so I can spool the GT35R alot sooner(rumors around 3500 rpm) that way I can make it a plausible track turbo as well!!

I plan on running very low boost when I go to thunder-hill until i can dial in the suspenion, and get the driver up to par, then slowly work my way up. Then when I want to go down the 1/4 mile, just throw in some c16 fill up the nitrous bottle, and say helo to 33 psi!!

I am trying to make my sti able to do everything well, and there is no way you can do well around a road course with a 7,000rpm red line and a turbo that won't spool until 4500 rpm

yup definately, it takes more then new cams to up the redline actually alot of people don't know the secret to highering the rev limit safley without having the motor sieze after 8,000rpm... I am looking to spin somewhere around 8,000rpm so I don't have to shift 12 million times racing down the 1/4 mile, plus in return it will help me stay in the power-band at the track... Win Win situation!!

I plan to do a similar set up as Mark, but sleeve the motor instead, and probably a little less extensive in the head work

You just slap some nice JDM Spec C heads, you will be able to rev it higher already.

Dayum. Sounds expensive, but worth it. They must be paying you well in that new job. Good luck with the rebuild!

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to disagree with a few posts here. Gold may be better than silver when it comes to jewelry, but not when it comes to wheels. I think I'd sooner add gold to my two front teeth.

No prob. Other than a wing change, it's exactly the look and stance I'm going for with my car.

Was that some kind of racial slur? Why don't you call us all crackers or something? Oh...you meant the cars.
