Some of you may or may not remember me (though I know all you old schooler's do or those who can guess my aka from another site).
So I take it there's no more autoX's anywhere in the greater Sac area anymore and there's still Reno or Bay Area?
I'll also have to get caught up on the local yokels once's I get back up there in a month or two.
In the mean time gotta find work of some sort so any suggestions on places that are hiring would be appreciated. Something in the Electro-Mechanical/Hydraulic field or test tech would work though i'm open to alot since I'll be going back to school also.
I'm guessing Mojo, Dorifto and Scott along with others are still floating around?

There are regular autocrosses at the Stockton Fairgrounds (yuck, I preferred driving to Reno over driving to Stockton from Vacaville... before I moved up here
) and I think they re-opened a venue in Sac too. Run by Sac chapter, SFR-SCCA. Then there's also the Atwater AAX events, but that's a haul. Fun though.
Catching up with the locals is easy enough- just head to the meets in Natomas on Saturdays. That's the biggest regular one in the area, although as you can see by glancing through the Group Streaking forum, there's a handful of regular ones in the area.
Too bad you're not an IT/networking guy. Seems to be IT jorbs growing on trees these days on i-club. as it is, someone may be in your industry to chime in. Whatcha driving these days?

I'm back in a "GF4" panda wagon . I've talked to a couple of people in the area and they have had some suggestions.
Hey Alex. I was up there and was going to attend Mt. Hammy but I had way to many things going on last weekend to get taken care of. I figured to suprise you or Daniel probably already told you I was probably going to be there.
How's things?

In your book does long haul TellaComm count as IT? I'm 6 years ex-military moved back to Sac now looking for work.

Sounds like the typical meet of old.

I'll have to make it around the town and catch up with everyone again. Main plan is to come back and knock out some school and find a job that can cover most the living expenses.
