So i bought a pretty nice home theater setup for $60 off this arab character

saw the ad on craiglist. apparantly they got a bunch of overstock items from sears and are selling them at cost. their shop was some hole in the wall in the middle of no where. there were boxes of random crap everywhere and there was a rack of random watches with a sign above it that read "watches $5". so i bought my dvd player, receiver, 5 speakers, 1 sub, remote, and wires all for $60 brought it home, set it up and its awesome! i hooked it up to my ps2, tv, and computer so i can play music and all kinds of crap. listening to system in 5.1 (simulated of course). good ****. if anyone in the sacramento/roseville area is looking for tvs or home theator or stereos you should check this out.

:rotfl:

i've had those guys get downright hostel with me on more than one occasion.
i always like how they get pissed if you won't even go look.

those guys have to be a part of some strange nationwide cult or something.

last summer we had a truck direct from the Thomasville Furniture facory in Kentucky(?).
guess a store down the street did a buy-in to become a dealer and couldn't come up with the money when the truck showed up with the COD so the driver was trying to sell it all at the stores cost to save from having to drive back with it and loose the transportation costs.

if there was ever a time i would have liked to have $6,000 cash in my pocket and a big house with rooms to decorate, it would have been then.

even at wholesale cost, there was nothing under $1,200.
stupid expensive. nice, but stupid expensive.
