Giants may be at the bottom of their division but it doesn't make the A's any less ghey. Go Mets!!

We have great pitching just no run support which means we are going to get killed by the yankees this weekend.

The GM is already talking of a fire sale of trades at the all-star break. He has been trying to re-live too much of the past.

I cant wait to see the home-run derby.........in person

Maybe if all the pitchers weren't pussies and walked Bonds every F***ing time he goes up there, he should play in the All-Star game either way. We all know how phenomenal he is, it just depends on if you're willing to admit it or not.

oh god .. don't even start about the joke that is barry bonds

my biggest pet peeve about that ****er is that the mlb lets him wear body armor while batting. I don't care if its from an "injury" or what, but it allows him to crouch the plate so much and there is no repercussions if he gets hit.

he is NOT a superstar. He is the biggest jackass that has ever played the game. I do not think anyone EVER has had a worse attitude then him when it comes to fans or even the press.

he can hit a home run (I think anyone can once you are all roided up) and plays a mediocre left field.

hows them 14 home runs working out for him this year? (and none of this "oh they walk him too much". If the giants really cared, they would protect him and throw someone in behind him in the order so they would have to pitch to bonds and not give him a free base).

how is he a superstar?

Add the fact that he's gunning for the home run record, and some crazed fan may very well be gunning for him.
body armor = his pitcher facing arm

not from being shot

I used to care about Bonds and now I really dont. Scott you are right about the arm armor or whatever the hell you want to call it. It is from some injury that plagues his father and him if I remember right either way its a a total bull**** story

It'll be great when he breaks the record because that means the giants can let him go and free up 20 million in payroll to sign new players. With Benitez out, bonds, and feliz possibly on their way out that frees up close to 28 million in payroll the likes of which can be used to sign a couple of great younger players and also another Star caliber bat or pitcher.

I'm a life-long giants fan and but it is time for bonds to hang up the spikes as I am tired of the Bonds Circus that surrounds my team

thats what I love about the A's

they have the best farm program out there. I love being able to go to a Rivercats game and see good talent out on the field.

They constantly pull from the AAA pool and get good new players that are exciting to watch.

Billy Beane runs the best scouting program in the bigs in my opinion

Where as the giants need 9 of these so they can get around the field
