Should I kill my neighbor?

Dear Abby:

My neighbor is old..late 60s early 70s..and is a WWII, Korea, & Viet Nam vet.
His favorite past time is complaining about me "speeding" in front of his house...which I don't, really.
"I don't know what I'll do if someone(meaning me) hits my dog."
Now mind you, he leaves his big gate open so his two Weiner dogs can frollock in the street.
I've reminded him that El Dorado county has a leash law & that if one of his weiners happen to find it's way under my car, that he'd be responsible for any damages to my car, but he flips out & walks away.
We're actually on good terms, but sometimes I fantasize about sneaking over at night and slitting his throat, laughing at him as his life drains from his worthless hide.
Abby, what knife do you recommend for this task?
Should I seek therapy?

"Crazy in Cool."

Your neighbor is kind of a dick and you want to slit his throat? Good thing you aren't your own neighbor.
