Actually, I agree with Ed, the car looks like crap, but that is a hell of allot of effort he put into it, to bad he didn't have a good sense of style or color or pretty much anything else. That fuel filler on top has to be the most impractical thing I've ever seen, next to the tach (but that's an everyday sighting with modded civics, nothing new).
