On the way home from dropping my wife off at light rail, a black wrx (lowered, graphics on the side, exhaust) comes up behind me as I'm turning from Prairie City onto Iron Point. There is a bike cop in the left turn lane, and the wrx gets right in behind it. We turned onto Iron Point, and once past the high school, the cop changes lanes, slows down and pops in behind the wrx. I knew he was done.

After about 10 seconds he turns on his lights, and pulls him over.

The guy in the wrx wasn't speeding, and his car wasn't loud at all. I couldn't hear it, although my windows were up.

The thing that sucks is this is literally like 2 minutes from my house, and I know my car is louder than his was.

edit - I was in my wife's car, not mine. Otherwise the title would be "I got pulled over in Folsom" lol

 

Do you think he was doing something in another sport and they just called him in?

 

When those yellow lights are flashing, it means it is a school zone. Maybe he got pulled over because of that.

I drove next to two bike cops, past a squad car sitting on the road waiting to give out tickets and a few other cops going the other way when I was in Folsom last night, and I have a black 05 WRX, JIC Ti exhaust, lowered, front and rear lip, big 18's, blah blah, not a single glance. I even leaned over to catch the cops eyes that was sitting on the road to see if he was learing at me...nothing. THEN, slowed down in front of two bike cops parked on the road observing traffic on Elk Grove Blvd. when I was going home, made and illegal lane change, blasting my stereo, and did a speedy turn into an parking lot right in front of them...nothing. WTF?

I saw myself getting pulled over last night on T st.... already got a ticket in the 50 DOH! got a ticket for no front plate

I'm thinking the graphics and stuff didn't help him any. Makes me glad mine is stock looking and will almost never be driven anymore.
