MAYBE, just maybe because i dont have any ****ING MONEY!
school starts Aug 25, then i will recieve financial aid money for the semester.. i didnt qualify for the full federal grant amount so i can then petition for an unexpected vehicle expense and they will try to increase my budget to try and make up for the amount i had to spend on my car...
only catch is that it has to take place during the academic school year... but thats just maybe

Sorry i work hard as **** for my money and dont have an extra $600 laying around. My parents dont want anything to do with me so if i want to continue going to college, i get to pay for it... Thats why i work so many hours during the summer to save up and pay for everything. I dont get to work as much during the school year when im taking 15+ units a semester.

chicken, do like I do, and buy a used set of wheels off someone here on icrub. The current set on my car are 07 wheels that I bought with stock RE92s that had only 1000 miles on them (the guy pulled his wheels to install after market wheels right after he got it). I paid $300 for them.
Here's a set of bugeye stockers for $200 (https://www.i-club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188625). I don't know your car, so maybe you can't run these, and maybe you said that in the thread and I didn't read it cuz I'm ****in tired, so suck it if that's the case. Otherwise, peep the thread, you'll get all four wheels and tires for $200 and not have to worry about it for a while. Then dump your 18s and get your money back

16 inch wheels don't make a difference in how low your car is...
Here's an example, same suspension setup:
18's (225/40)
16's (205/55)
No issues.
What happened to your stock wheels and tires?
I know I'm a wheel ***** and all, but I always keep a cheap backup set around for a Subaru so that if somehting happens I have something to throw on. If you're not running big brakes, stockers are cheap and easy.

A friend's dad builds gates/fences as a side job and our old gate was about to fall down so we had him do his thing. He finished last night, it is nice to have easy access to my toys...
