Not too stiff like it was with my coilovers, but the car sticks nearly as well.
After having the Tein Flex's installed, I have fond memories of my cushier Prodrive springs.
But, I gotta say, on the track, the Tein's seem to have the edge. However, they were too low for me to use one of the cheaper automatic car washes today. The car wouldn't clear the bracket where it grabs your wheel and moves the car through the wash lol.

After owning a traxxas I will always buy HPI, I got the evo 3 with the M3 body, 2 speed and 1hp + motor. First impression was that my old belt drive was faster until after I broke it in and leaned it out. I quickley found that it's too fast to drive on my street. I'm outta gas though and the hobby shop here in napa is never open (closed sunday through tuesday and only open til 4:00 on weekdays), I'll prolly end up driving back to vacaville tomorrow for more fuel. Pics to come.

We brought our 2.5 RS tonight since we just did the springs/struts today. I think I was walking out of Jacks when you were walking in, but I didn't fully recognize you guys so I kept my mouth shut

As far as cost - it depends on the parts you go with.

You can do good springs (IE: prodrive/STI pink) for as low as $225 or so (prodrives) and about $350 for the STI Pinks (JDM). I think the prodrives are lower and the Pinks are stiffer. I had the pinks and recommend the ride/handling but I prefer the look of the prodrive as it lowers a bit more.

For the sway bar, the Cusco adjustable rear is $155 (gruppe-s) and I think the whiteline one is a little less, either would be fine. You can also keep your eyes open in the for sale forums, guys are always selling RSB . Helix or whiteline Endlinks should be ok, you're looking at about $100 for the helix models.

Strut bar is about $150, though I don't think it's quite that big of a difference maker on the sedan. I've got so much open air back there that the strut bar helps the wagon, but you've got more bracing around the strut towers back there so I don't think it's a real worthwhile mod, though I could be way off on that one.

So I guess about $600 - $700 parts and a few hundred for install (check with local vendors for that) and you'd be doing pretty good. If you keep your eyes peeled in the classifieds forums, you could probably beat that parts price by a considerable amount. I typically buy my stuff used as I find that the main difference between a new part and a very slightly used and in great condition part is only money in my pocket
