i launched it in front of my house.... haha.. but i need the car.. i am out of a car.. and i kno its my fault.. but they shouldnt be giving me times if they arent going to get it done when they say.. at least not more than one time..

I wasn't aware of the timelines that had been communicated, but I assure you that we'll get your car swapped out as soon as possible; I was planning on getting a lot of overdue work done on my personal car on Tuesday, but I'll hold off to try and make absolutely sure we can get it back to you. In the meantime, I can try to get you a hookup on a rental car if you'd like, or, if there's anything you need, anwhere you need to be, let me know and I'll make sure you're taken care of, if I have to do it myself, ok?
Again, I apologize for any miscommunication; with the holiday weekend and sick mechanics, we're scrambling to get everything done, and that means our plans and goals at the shop are changing hourly. We'll make sure you're taken care of when all is said and done, I promise. Like I said, please PM if there's anything I can do.
