So I'm sleeping soundly this morning and I have this dream. I'm out of town, with a small group of people. I'm driving a van with these three others in it and we're going to some conference. I get lost, so we stop at some building.
We walk in the building. They say dreams are in black and white, but for some reason I could swear the carpet is an orange color, like you would find in an office from the 70s. The walls were a typical beige. The building has a fairly large lobby. At the far end of the lobby are two glass doors straight ahead, with a concrete bench to the left of them.
Me and the people I'm with approach the doors. They all immediately sit on the benches and I look at the doors. On the door is the kind of lettering you would typically see on a store front window, only the writing on the window is my family name.
I walk in through the glass doors, and there are large picture frames on the walls filled with pictures of people I don't recognize. I walk to a desk and I ask the woman there what this is. She points to my left, and another woman is coming out of an office, walking towards me. She says "Hi, nacho, we've been expecting you." So I ask her "What is this?", to which she replies "Let's take a walk outside and I'll tell you why you're here."
We step outside and it's bright. In fact, it's so bright, I can't see anything beyond me and this woman. We face each other and just as she's about to talk, my wife elbows me because my phone is ringing.
I wake up, look at the phone, and see that my dad has called me three times. I call him back and find out that my grandmother passed away this morning. She either fell and hit her head, or had a stroke and died sometime between 2:30 and 5:30. I never thought that when I saw her on the 23rd, that it would be the last time I'd ever see her

Matt, I'm so sorry
.
I know it's not much condolence, but you did get to spend time with her; lots of people never even have that option. Let us know if you need anything, ok?

The World Rally Championship tyre rules have been published and they're effective for 2008, the start of the FIA's three-year sole-supplier agreement with Pirelli.
The Italian manufacturer will produce three different types of tyre. The asphalt tyre (produced in 18-inch wheel size) will be called "P-Zero", the gravel tyre (15-inch) will be called "Scorpion" and the winter tyre will be called "Sottozero".
"Sottozero" tyres are to be in snow pattern 18-inch for next month's Rallye Automobile Monte Carlo (January 24-27) and ice pattern 16-inch for Uddeholm Swedish Rally.
Hand cutting under strict design restrictions will be allowed on asphalt tyres, to provide suitable tyres for wet conditions, otherwise not at all.
By regulations released some time ago mousse inserts are completely banned.
Tyres will be delivered to competitors at events and all studding will be carried out by Pirelli.
Monte Carlo has always produced tyre choice difficulties, but it has been decided that there will be a choice between "P-Zero" or "Sottozero" tyres, always in 18-inch.
For the gravel events, "Scorpion" tyres will be produced in both hard and soft compound, depending on the nature of the event. For all the gravel rallies up to Turkey and then New Zealand later on, hard compound tyres must be used. For the rest of the events, soft compounds tyres are supplied.
For the three clear-weather asphalt events (Germany, Spain and Corsica), "P-Zero" tyres will be produced in both hard compound for dry conditions and soft compound for the wet.
Pirelli are aksi producing other tyres for the Junior World Rally Championship competitors. There will be 15-inch for the gravel rallies and 17-inch for the asphalt events.
