tonights work out owned... I wasn't able to go up weight on bench yet... but I went and did flys on the freemotion machine, then went to do Dumbell incline and was able to go up weight on that even though it was the third chest thing I did.. so I was stoked about that...
and in better news... I finally broke 175 lbs... :banana: 175.2 lbs and I was hungry at the time
