What up all. Had a good bike ride this morning. Wasn't a long enough ride though - only 5.4 miles. 3.3 of which are a climb though
I was happy with how I did on the climb - didn't lose as much muscle/stamina as I thought I had

A mild overclock (2.40-->2.88GHz) bumped my scores a little. It would be nice to peg the current scale. Still maybe 500MHz left with the stock air cooling.

was workin on the ranchero today.
we put in a new brake master cyl., added an adjustable rear brake propotioning valve, did some other stuff to the combination valve and now its really got some brakes! WOO!!!
also messed with the transmission trottle linkage and the carb. we werent even getting 60% of full throttle before. so now we are getting close to 90% and the transmission actually knows what the **** is going on.
its a TOTALLY different car now. actually has some power and itll stop decent too.
we called the shop that built the motor for it. said its all brand new internals, flat top pistons with high compression heads, stock roller cam, new valvetrain, all that good stuff.
next on the list is long tube headers and a full exhaust system, floor shifter, ripping out the stock AC setup, and then we are gonna figure out what cam and intake manifold we want as well as wheels and tires.
we are starting to make some progress!!!

Rhinos. My car doesnt even come close to making it on those before hitting the nose on them.
Got one ramp built, 62" long, 9 degrees to a 15 degree jump with a 13" landing. found some plans. ill post 'em up if it works out.
