my friday kicked ***. put 100 rounds through a .38 special revolver, did pretty damn good for my first time with that weapon and my first time doing shooting drills. John and another friend helped me get the stoptechs on, my god these brakes are no joke. i had a good day, i hope this one is just as good.

 

bv, what brake kit did you get from stoptech? I was looking into a brake upgrade but not to sure exactly what to look for.

Those brakes where CAKE to put on... Definately A+ on the Stop Techs when it comes to installability(I don't know if that is a real word lol)....


On another note... Nothing like sitting outside your vehicle for 20+ minutes while they run my liscense because it's an Arizona liscense... Then have an interview while the numbers come back about why I have an Arizona Liscense LOL. Needless to say they let me go once they got the numbers back Clean.

 

i got the 328mm big brakes. initial impressions are that they are awesome. i bedded themin properly and have them through a couple heat cycles so far. the feel is great, very easy to modulate on the limit. the real test will be when i get them on the track. i put the r-compounds on tonight, and you can ask John how his neck feels from the combo of those brakes and those tires, hahaha.

Sweet - one of the Blue Angels just buzzed my house.

 

I guess my mom works on the base in one of the county buildings out there. Most of her co-workers left early on thrusday and friday because the jets were so loud, no one could work...lame excuse!
