T-Mobile is the suck, they screwed me over horribly when changing plans and phones. They keep charging me for two phones, even though I only have one, and their overage charges are insane. I've gone into corporate stores and called customer service allot and they still can't resolve the problem, even though they say its fixed. Customer service is really bad, salespeople know nothing about the phones and how a cellphone plan works, and just generally overall suck. I've had Verizon, Cingular, AT&T (before it was Cingular) before and have been uber happy, the family plan is the only thing that attracted me to T-Mobile. I'm ready to drop my service for Cingular or others.

What phone do you have. Like/dislike?
Any other experiences/comments?
Thanks for your input
I have the Motorola E815, i had the LG VX600. only complaint about the E815, i hate those pull out antennas, its unnecessary since i never need it and it sometimes comes out and gets bent.
id recommend verizon to anyone, its great, affordable, and wont screw u over

<----Cingular Blue.
Old AT&T customer. Cingular bought the AT&T cell stuff. Now it looks like AT&T might take it all back.
Coverage in my house used to suck (cingular, AT&T GSM, or Nextel). Both GSM providers use the same towers. Then I got the RAZR and can be anywhere in the house and still not drop a call. So plus one for choosing the right phone too.
I'm a big fan of GSM. You have a lot of choices for phones. Especially gray market imports.

Whatever provider you choose, make sure they have phone insurance. If I remember correctly for cingular it's about $5/month and they'll replace your phone within 2 days (usually next day). It's great to have if you drop your phone as much as I do.

SBC took over the wireless portion of AT&T and rolled it into Cingular.
internally you have Cingular orange (og style) and Cingular blue (att).
AT&T (the non-wireless remainder of the above) recently put in a bid to purchase Cingular. Ending up bigger than they were before. Not sure where that went or if they just decided to keep the cingular name.
