Has anyone been to RPM (carting place)on Bradshaw? My badass wife got me a gift cert.

I was there a few Sundays ago, it was the third time for me. You have to go early or you wind up starting in the back of ten or so people that have no idea how to drive. I've manage three second place finishes starting dead last driving through a pack of teenieboppers. The flaggers are completely blind IMHO they don't use the courtesy flag enough and every idiot that you just spent three laps trying to pass take the caution flag as an opportunity to pass you again so you can be stuck behind their slow asses for three more laps. If we were to set it up so it was just SRIC I might get my wife to consent especially if she has someone to hang out with that has kids too.

 

I believe Scott has been banned from Rpm? I may be wrong though

We'll just sneak him in. I'll just stick him in my baby's car seat and register him as Holden McGroin or something. They'll never notice.

You have to be 8 before you could drive there ant the class for any under 16 is $50. Put a gung-ho 8y.o. in those carts and watch the destruction.

I am seriously considering opening a go-kart track when I get out of teh military. It will be much awesomer!

 

i drive my 1 and half hours there every saturday to drive those things, well not every saturday

 

rpm is fun! I am around pretty often because my friend works there.
