I'd consider it because it would cut down my Rancho commute to around 15 minutes as opposed to 30 mins or more from Orangevale, but right now I'm paying $500 and that includes rent, utilities, intArweb, and everything. Plus it'd be a pain to move and would leave my roomate (who owns the house) hanging.
