Roomates Needed
I might be purchasing a condo or house in the Rancho Cordova area in the next few months and will need one or two roomates. Rent will probably be somewhere between $600-800. PM me if you (or anyone you know) is responsible and might be interested in this.

My plans have changed already...I was looking at 3 bedroom places and 2 roomates, but it might be difficult finding two reliable roomates plus keeping up with higher mortgage payments, so I'll probably be looking at 2 bedroom places, along with one roomate which I might have lined up already. But I'll take your guys' rent suggestion into account, I don't want to rip someone off.

I pay $750 for my own bathroom, an entertainment room and a big *** bed room. I got the whole upstairs loft. And the best part..............walking distance to Bourbon. I knew Cali. was expensive but I didn't think it was that bad.
