Room for rent (yeah, again)
Hi,
So, since my last thread about this subject, my location has totally changed. I do have a house this time, my friend and I just signed the lease yesterday. It's located in Elk Grove between I5 and 99, South of Elk Grove Blvd. Its a four bedroom, 3 car garage house and rent is $1570 (water, sewer, trash incl.). Rent can go multiple ways depending on what bedroom is taken (master is spoken for). The lease is for 12 months, and anyone can sign on to the lease at a later time if they'd like. Just thought I'd throw it out there again, my friend and I are moving in on April 1st (I could use some help, but we can probably get it done, no worries). Lemme know
