S-squared rolls fenders. It's the process of folding the inner portion of the fender to allow for more clearance in the wheel well.

Yeah, it's rolling the small lip on the inside of the fender. Something I need to do to run wider tires on my wagon

if you look at your fenders, they fold into the wheel well at a 90 degree angle. Rolling the fenders comprises of, at the very least, carefully folding that lip up so that it points upwards. This gives you some more clearance then stock.

You can also keep massaging the sheet metal out even more, flaring the fenders to stick out giving even more clearance.

It's around $100, but be careful; if you have an '05 STi, there's not a lot we can do because the fender is already trimmed. How much are you rubbing, and what tire size, wheel width, and offset are you running?

Which is why '05's can fit bigger tires. Speaking of which, I need new tires!

I was thinking about getting krinkos ssrs. He is running tires that are 265/35/18
He said you had to have the rear fenders rolled.

There is a risk of cracking paint when you roll fenders, especially if it's not just minor clearancing and you really have to open up the fender. Can I recommend that you ask Krinkov what he thinks? He's very detail-oriented and fanatical about his car and can give you a good idea of what's involved as well as the risks for that particular setup.
