Rally light bar help

Rally light bar help
Looking for someone that knows how to make a simple light bar that Moira some where near the license plate holes and knows how to wire everything. Will pay in money and/or beer!!

i built a pretty simple one for my bugeye. still have the dimensions for it, and it holds two hella 500's awesome! heres a pic for reference:

yup!!! ha.. i was one of the first cars to go in the parade lap, cause we were the ONLY people to camp the night before! got the pic of the subiefest facebook page.

That bar looks perfect. Looking for something that holds 2 hella's. Make me one!!!! Will pay in beer/cash. It's for my 06 if there's any sort of difference.
