Car Info: A limousine with a chauffer
.iso is a CD image. You can burn the image directly to CD and then you'll have a normal CD to use.

You can mount it under UNIX/linux..

mount -o loop -t iso9660 /pathto/image.iso /mnt

That's what I use...it allows you to create a virtual CD/DVD drive in Windows.

#1 You don't have to spend time burning a CD/DVD or waste media.
#2 Reads fastAr than from a CD/DVD drive.

I can create as many virtual drives as I like each mounted with different images.

the reason I like alcohol is it can read any format and burn and create images in any format as well.

for everything I download, it handles all my needs.. unless some stupid release group just RAR's up the vob files, then I need to use Nero
