Ok, for those of you that still havent heard, let me explain wtf happened yesterday:
I log on at around 12ish before going to sleep and notice that noone has made a daily thread yet. I make one. My wife comes into the room and wants me to look at some funny cat pictures she saw earlier in the day. We laugh at them cause they're cute and hilarious and i decide to share a couple of the really funny ones with you guys. We go to sleep. Next day i log on after work to find out that i've been banned, my posts have been edited, and i have 20 infraction points, not to mention everyone is dissing me for posting some explicit nasty ****. W*T*F!!???
Later i find out that somehow my pictures got "hotlinked" (iono wth that means) and basically i got screwed.
Here's my explanation and My appologies to anyone that got offended and insulted by what happened. I had absolutely no clue and am a married man and that kind of **** sickens me. Btw, here is the site where i got the cat pictures(nothing explicit):

FYI, here's the deal on hotlinking.
When you find pictures on some site, that someone else owns, and then you copy the source link and post them on a forum, you're effectively stealing their bandwidth; their server is hosting up that image becuase you took the link. That consumes their bandwidth, which for some people and some budgets and hosting plans can cost them actual money.
Therefore, they're going to do things like change the images on you to get you in trouble to punish you for linking to their images. It's internet thuggery, basically; I've done it to people on these forums who took images from my hosting (though with less......distasteful..imagery) to teach them a lesson, you just got someone who thought they'd go the extra mile
What you want to do moving forward is save the picture, then upload it to your own hosting, or imageshack, or something, so that you're not stealing bandwidth from someone else; then there's no way to get owned like that again. Make sense?
Everyone learns this lesson, usually the hard way, so don't worry about, just don't do it again

lol....yep, i sure as hell got owned.. to tell you the truth i had absolutely no idea i was actually stealing anything or pissing anyone off....hahaha, the internet is like the neighborhood: take someone else's **** and mess with him and his cousin
