^dresk -yes, this is slightly common for the pumps to have issues after some full-lock doughnuts (id also get under than car and check your cv boots if you've been out at praire)

Yeah, that's what I had been assuming, but I haven't researched it much. It's still working but at low idle, it sometimes doesn't work well. I may have to do what stupidchicken did and get one from a subaru parts place or something like that.
