I see this at the top of the page when I first come it. IE is showing an error in the tray. After going somewhere the text and error are gone.

penalty box FTW!
we added that to hybrids and it was really nice.
we had a few obnoxious users and once we set it up right after a set amount of infractions they'd get auto-banned for a preset amount of time.
works good.
