Please help me settle eBay/paypal complaint.

Short Story:

I purchased an "STi-type" oil cooler kit on eBay. Link
I got screwed; advertised the STi oil cooler, but delivered a pieced-together Mocal cooler & it was broken.
Tried to resolve with seller; no luck.
Filed claim with paypal and they are very close to resolving this, but just sent me the letter below

What I need:

One of you fine people (:cough:Aaron, Nate, Scott :cough to write up an opinion stating that the two oil cooler kits are not the same thing. I can even write it up, email it to you, you then cut & paste onto letter head, email it back to me, etc.
I will obviously compensate you for your time & effort.

Here are the pictures of what was advertised & what was delivered:

Hey Oaf, let me tell you, I HATE ebay flakes.

Here's a link to the ebay process. It's something to do on top of your action with paypal:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/isgw-b...ion-steps.html

If you look at step seven, there's a link where you can report the seller for delivering the wrong item.

I'd say give Nate and Joe a call for assistance, or go to your local subaru dealership (authorized STI/SPT parts distributor) and ask for their help.

Or you could just go kill the guy. It would be much more satisfying.

Paul, give Nate a call at the shop, we should be able to verify conclusively that it's not an Sti setup, or not comparable.

subaruguru: I've already started the process, hence the letter from paypal.

Aaron: Better yet, I'll stop by the shop tomarrow...I need to spend some $$ anyway.

I am planning on eventually coming up with a Mocal or Setrab cooler setup, but the braided hoses ain't even assembled, it looks like there are no brackets, etc.

That's pretty lame.
