play games or pimp my ride?

play games or pimp my ride?
Hey all i have a very hard time deciding on purchasing subject A or B.
Subject A: Gaming computer
AMD 64 x2 6000+
ATi 2600xt
2gb ram
windows xp/ or vista
250gb harddrive
etc
total... $800-900 bucks...
OR
Subject B: Pimping my ride
Front rear sways
Tint
Drop
Lip
new tires (lol)
Reasonings,
Subject A: I want to play bioshock, fear, hl 2 ep 2, ETC, but i can't justify paying almost 1g to play games, i only use my pc to go on iclub and music...
Subject B: Rain is here and i want better traction, always wanted to feel how sway bars affect my car, possibly tint? Drop is still undecided because i dont like slowing down to 2mph on speed bumps. Drop + lip = no no?

just find a few more laptops and you can do both 
Lol no really.. i might consider car first since im almost at 30k...
