I am guessing about 25k on the turbo and probably about 15K on the injectors. This was Egan's turbo from the evil black wagon - I put about 10K on it on my car. The injectors had 5K on them when I bought them.

Not meaning to derail this wonderful thread...

...but a coworker got his POS Ford mini van repo'd today...stealth tow truck comes into the lot, deploys the picker-upper-thing, and backs up to said POS.

"Hey, Coworker! Someone's stealing your POS!" I said.
"WTF!?! Ford said they'd wait one more month!"

Driver was cool enough to let coworker retrieve any item from POS.

Man, coworker was pinched the rest of the day.
It probably didn't help that I kept laughing at him.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled thread, which is already in progress...

[Ford]Sure, we will give you one more month to pay. Out of curiosity though, where will the vehicle be tomorrow?[/Ford]

He fell for that one? He deserved to get laughed at all day long. I would have offered to buy him lunch if he would drive...

I remember seeing on one of those repo man shows that if you tell them to drop the car they have too. But that was TV and most surely in a different state.

actually in California they have to do that. Its called a peaceful repossession. If you ask the repo to leave, they are required by law to do so

now if they do.. thats something else, but at that point I believe its considered grand theft

where is rick when you need him
