that's what the lil waver is that you sign to get in would cover sorta like sacraceway... you sign a lil line everytime you go in there to drive saying they aren't responsible if your car breaks, blows up etcetc

Driving in a strait line and sliding sideways uncontrolably are two different things.

youre completely right.......

the risk of someone loosing control of a 1000hp car that is searching for traction at 150mph while having another car going just as fast about 10 feet away wouldnt be NEARLY as dangerous as someone in their 200hp import, sliding at 50mph in a big open lot where they MIGHT hit a cone or 2......

:rotfl:!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHA... Noooo they can't be going SLOWER then drag cars!!! Because they are "keeping their revs up"

Justinowned!!

Not to mention these people win by literally .000001 of a second somtimes, which is alot better then winning by a judge appointed point :rollseye: Drifting is the gayest thing to ever happen to motorsports, next week we are all going to be watching people do rev offs where the judges vote on who the best revver was, and it be considered racing

No, not every dumbass 16 year old tokyo drift fanboy can afford a 1000 hp car. Who do you think drives those 1000 hp dragsters? There usually not little boys. Putting supervised drag racing and drifting in the same catagory is almost as stupid as saying weed and crack are the same thing, oh, wait...

umm... you are right... they shouldn't be in the same category, because drag racing is in fact racing... and Drifting is infact NOT.....

Anything that is decided by a group of judges is not a racing, they might as well say "Burn out contests" is racing too, because the crowd decides who wins that one...

Drifting is NOT racing

commandment #1 tho shalt not put out less than a THICK cloud of smoke while sliding through a turn they could easily go through twice as fast with an outside/inside/outside line while drift *coughs* "racing".

Agreed. Would you accept that it is a motorsport?
I'm trying to think of anything else that is not stricly timed.
