I am too! Ok not really...gotta run a little more lol.
I'm loosing a good amount of weight. I was about 220lbs at the middle of June and now I'm 206. It's a wonder what correcting your dieting and better exercise can do!

I wish I could clay bar my car. If you saw my car, its full of rock chips, scrapes, scratches and stuff for being 9 years old and running around the bay. From a good 10ft it looks pretty decent. Come up 3 feet and the exterior looks like crap

Yeah, definetly watch what you're eatting if you plan on doing a "weight reduction". Try lifting some too. Muscle burns fat even when you're idle and you can't really get that from running. You'll reach a point where it won't be hard to keep weight off. If you want to see big gains it'll take a long time with cardio or you'll have to really be killing yourself. Watch what you eat, run about 10 miles a week (15 at the most) and lift hard 3 times (alternating groups each day).
